Our Kids Yoga Play Class is a fun, interactive 45-minute session designed to introduce children (geared toward children ages 5-8) to the world of yoga through movement, imagination, and creativity! In this class, kids will explore basic yoga poses, breathe deeply, and engage in playful activities that help build strength, flexibility, and focus—all while having fun!

The class incorporates fun-themed poses, yoga games, and storytelling to keep children engaged and excited. Through playful exploration, kids will develop coordination, balance, and mindfulness, all while fostering a sense of calm and confidence. This is a great way for children to connect with their bodies, learn healthy habits, and enjoy the benefits of yoga in a safe, supportive environment.

No experience is needed—just bring a big smile and a sense of adventure!
