Meditation & Soundbath

You will begin with a 25 minute soothing guided meditation designed to quiet the mind, alleviate stress, and bring you into deep relaxation.
Following this, you’ll be immersed in the healing vibrations of sound. A variety of instruments will be played to calm the nervous system, release energetic blockages, and restore balance.
Perfect for anyone seeking relief from stress, emotional balance, or simply a moment of rejuvenation.

Sculpt + Flow

This is a dynamic class that fuses strength, cardio, and yoga into one empowering session. We’ll start with centering breathwork before moving into a heat-building Warrior flow. Next, you’ll power through blocks of compound strength exercises, energizing cardio bursts, and a challenging “burner” yoga pose held for one minute. The class finishes with a slow, grounding yoga flow to leave you feeling strong, balanced, and fully recharged.
Rebel Fit 45

Are you ready to break a sweat and transform your fitness level? Rebel Fit 45 includes three targeted training options—Upper Body, Lower Body, and Full Body—so you can focus exactly where you need it.
Start with a dynamic warm-up, then dive headfirst into a high-intensity fitness experience that blends bodyweight exercises, weights, and cardio. This is the ultimate fat-burning workout that not only enhances your endurance but also boosts strength, stability, and flexibility.
