Stretch & Restore

This class is designed to increase flexibility, relieve tension, and promote overall well-being. With the use of props, we focus on holding stretches to open up the body and release tightness in key areas such as the back, hips, shoulders, and legs. Yoga Flow

Dynamic Flow

This is a high-intensity style of yoga that combines strength, flexibility, and endurance.This practice is designed to challenge both the body and the mind, focusing on building muscle tone, improving cardiovascular health, and increasing overall stamina.
Please note: Some classes may include inversion practice.

Meditation & Soundbath

You will begin with a 25 minute soothing guided meditation designed to quiet the mind, alleviate stress, and bring you into deep relaxation.
Following this, you’ll be immersed in the healing vibrations of sound. A variety of instruments will be played to calm the nervous system, release energetic blockages, and restore balance.
Perfect for anyone seeking relief from stress, emotional balance, or simply a moment of rejuvenation.

Rebel Fit 45

Are you ready to break a sweat and transform your fitness level? Our Rebel Fit class is the answer. Start with a dynamic warm-up, then dive headfirst into a high-intensity fitness experience that blends bodyweight exercises, weights, and cardio (HIIT). This is the ultimate fat-burning workout that not only enhances your endurance but also boosts strength, stability, and flexibility.

Core & Booty Burn

Target your powerhouse muscles in just 40 minutes! This focused class zeroes in on your core and glutes with intentional, high-rep movements designed to build strength, tone, and stability.
