Stretch & Restore

This class is designed to increase flexibility, relieve tension, and promote overall well-being. With the use of props, we focus on holding stretches to open up the body and release tightness in key areas such as the back, hips, shoulders, and legs. Whether you're an athlete, desk worker, or simply looking to unwind, this class offers a refreshing way to improve your mobility and restore balance to your body. Come stetch with us!
Stretch & Flow

Yoga Flow

Dynamic Flow

This is a high-intensity style of yoga that combines strength, flexibility, and endurance.This practice is designed to challenge both the body and the mind, focusing on building muscle tone, improving cardiovascular health, and increasing overall stamina.

Rebel Fit

Are you ready to break a sweat and transform your fitness level? Our Rebel Fit class is the answer. Start with a dynamic warm-up, then dive headfirst into a high-intensity fitness experience that blends bodyweight exercises, weights, and cardio (HIIT). This is the ultimate fat-burning workout that not only enhances your endurance but also boosts strength, stability, and flexibility.
Please note that this is not a yoga class, and it can be adapted to your fitness level.
Box Fit

BoxFit is a dynamic, boxing-inspired workout that combines strength, endurance, and agility for a full-body challenge.
The class consists of 10 rounds, each lasting 3.5 minutes. You'll be throwing punches, engaging your core, and powering through strength and agility exercises designed to keep you on your toes.
Get ready to sweat and have fun!!
Suitable for all fitness levels.
Note: This isn't a traditional boxing class—there are no heavy bags. It's all shadowboxing, so no gloves or wraps required.
Rebel Fit Flow

Ignite your body with this high-intensity fusion of yoga, cardio, and core strengthening exercises.

You will begin with a 25 minute soothing guided meditation designed to quiet the mind, alleviate stress, and bring you into deep relaxation.
Following this, you’ll be immersed in the healing vibrations of sound. A variety of instruments will be played to calm the nervous system, release energetic blockages, and restore balance.
Perfect for anyone seeking relief from stress, emotional balance, or simply a moment of rejuvenation.
Dress comfy! Bring a pillow or blanket...anything that will further your relaxation.
Restore & Sound

Step out of the hustle and into deep restoration. This class is a blend of restorative yoga and healing frequencies of sound — think soft bolsters, long holds, and crystal singing bowls that wash over you like waves.
You'll move through supported poses designed to melt tension, reset your nervous system, and reconnect you to your breath — a full-body experience in deep rest, vibration, and calm.
