The class begins with a 45-minute soothing flow, followed by a 15-minute guided meditation to relax and center your mind. It's a feel-good class that prepares you for pure zen.
Yoga Flow

This practice seamlessly combines the grace of Vinyasa flow with the therapeutic benefits of deep stretching and relaxation techniques. It's the perfect balance of movement and stillness for both beginners and experienced yogis.
Dynamic Flow
Prepare yourself for a journey, where strength and stability take center stage. You'll dive into a dynamic flow and will explore both fundamental and intermediate yoga poses. It's an energizing and fun-filled class that's sure to leave you feeling empowered. Please note that this class is not recommended for beginners.
Fitness Fusion

Start with a dynamic flow warm-up, then dive headfirst into a high-intensity fitness experience that blends bodyweight exercises, weights, and cardio (HIIT). This is the ultimate fat-burning workout that not only enhances your endurance but also boosts strength, stability, and flexibility. Please note that this is not a yoga class, and it can be adapted to your fitness level.
Stretch & Flow
Join us for a deep stretch and movement to get your body to open and release! This class is appropriate for beginner though advanced yogis.
