Fitness Fusion

Ready to sweat and get into amazing shape? Warm up with a flow and then jump right in...Fitness Fusion integrates body weight, weights and cardio (HIIT) for an ultimate fat burn! You will notice an increase in strength, stability and flexibility. This is not a yoga class.
45 minutes of intensity!
Slow Flow & Meditation

Yoga by candlelight, anyone? Great for beginners or seasoned yogis who want a more "chill" and healing flow. This class will open your body and enhance your spirit with stretching and gentle yoga. The flow is 45 minutes, followed by a 15 minute peaceful, guided meditation to relax and focus the mind. This is a feel good class! Get ready for pure zen!
Dynamic Flow

Prepare yourself for a journey, where strength and stability take center stage. You'll dive into a dynamic flow and will explore both fundamental and intermediate yoga poses, offering modifications to cater to various experience levels. It's an energizing and fun-filled class that's sure to leave you feeling empowered. Please note that this class is not recommended for beginners.
Flow & Stretch

This class is a combination of a yoga flow and stretching and can be modified for both beginner level and intermediate level students. Get ready to feel energized!

A harmony of dance cardio, sculpting exercises, and standing and mat core work. The format is choreographed to eclectic world beats! The carefully constructed sequences incorporate both an aerobic and anaerobic workout to provide the very best full-body burn, comprised of elements that promote endurance, weight loss, increased bone density, and lean muscle. No prior dance experience is necessary. For all levels!
Rise & Shine Flow

"Rise and Shine Yoga" is designed to invigorate your body and elevate your spirit as the first rays of sunlight embrace the day. It is a celebration of morning vitality, a harmonious blend of movement, breath, and mindfulness. It will awakening each muscle and joint with grace and is a catalyst for a day filled with focus, positivity, and an overall sense of well-being. Rise and shine with us—it's not just a yoga class; it's an invitation to greet the day with open arms and a vibrant spirit. This class is great for beginners through advanced yogis.
